You can begin as a Builder, where you will create wooden molds and place reinforcement cages before concrete is poured into them.

If you have experience operating an overhead crane, you can start as a Crane Operator. As a crane operator, you make sure the builders can do their job efficiently. You will move heavy materials such as steel reinforcement and concrete elements. Working safely and communicating clearly with your colleagues are essential parts of this role.

The company works with different teams that start at varying times. As a result, working hours can differ significantly. Shifts typically start between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM, and finish between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
